Communications Director Director of Public & Community Relations Nichole Baugh got her first real taste for creative marketing and communications work while interning at the Village Pointe Shopping Center in Omaha, Nebraska. That experience, combined with her journalism and public relations knowledge from college and high school, motivated her to forge ahead with a career helping people, businesses, and nonprofits communicate and market in many different ways. Her love for the work, community relations, and helping others inspired her to start her LLC in April 2015, NB Marketing. It has been exciting and challenging to grow in an ever-changing arena for Nichole. In 2019, she was offered what she sees as the career opportunity of a lifetime. Nichole is now the Director of Public and Community Relations for Springfield Platteview Community Schools. She feels honored and proud to be a part of such an incredible community!
